Welcome to the Seaward Estates.

Seaward Estates is a housing Estate of approximately 100 hectares, situated in Ballito on the Kwa Zulu Natal north coast.

The Estate offers easy access to the Ballito Business hub, has a Netcare hospital and Ashton International College situated on it and a hotel is currently under construction.   There will be approximately 800 dwelling units offering a variety of lifestyles and designed to accommodate a cross section of financial needs. The developments within the Estate cater for Sectional title as well as Freehold owned units.

The centre piece of Seaward boasts a conservation area approximately 22 hectares in extent, the area ranges from an example of one of the best coastal forests in the area to wetlands inhabited by a multitude of birdlife.  The conservation is fed by natural springs which flow all year round feeding the Zimbali wetlands.
