We would require the following from the Accredited Agent or Owner:
Private or Accredited Agents Sales Agreement
SEMHOA Requirement of Sale document - with all documentation attached.
Seaward Estate Constitution - Initialled on each page
Owners Documentation Form
Furniture Delivery and/or Collection Form
Copy of Purchasers ID
Pets Registration (If applicable)
