It is the responsibility of each home owner to notify SEMHOA in writing that they wish to rent out their property. A mandate nominating a lettings agent for the property will be accepted as well. Upon receipt of such notification the Estate Management shall enter this into the Estate Rental register and allocate such notification with a Rental Register number and shall issue such owner or his Agent with a Seaward Estate Rental Agreement Addendum.
We advise all owners intending to let their properties to read though all the below forms so that they are well informed as to the policies and procedures that need to be followed.
Please note that forms below are to be completed, and handed in to the office with a copy of your tenants ID documentation at least 1 week before your tenants move in. You are able to use one of the following Lease Agreements: SEMHOA, Agent or Private.
